Street photography is definitely a big challange in Morocco. People do not like having their picture taken, and many will yell at you if they see you even pointing a camara in their direction. I persevered as much as I could (and was yelled at many times) because the settings there are so dramatic, it makes for some really great photography options.
These photographs were taken in Marrakech and Essaouira.
I also did not bring my heavier/better Sony A7RII camera, which was probably a mistake as some of the lower lighting photos are not as sharp as they would be with the better camera…nevertheless…I think the drama of the urban landscapes comes through well.
All photos taken with a Sony a6000 and lightly edited in Lightroom.
